The Here Between, a short directed by Ilian Iliev, is on its way to the Cannes 2010 Short Film Corner. Shot in the summer of 2009, the short, based on Ambrose Bierce’s An Occurrence at Owl Creek, was finished the following year and submitted to numerous festivals, including Cannes.
I shot the production stills for a few pleasant days in the Colorado mountains, enjoying the indie-short process helmed by Iliev, producer Julie Pearson and cinematographer Ed Done. Denver actress Jada Roberts stars.
